Executive Coaching is not just for Fortune 500 executives. School administrators across the country are benefitting from working with a coach. A coach will work with the administrator’s goals and the coaching session’s agendas are set by the administrator.

Our coaching sessions may be once or twice per month depending on the program, and can be done over the phone or in person. Those who have worked with a coach have reported an increased in performance, better relationships, and a sense of renewal in their careers. Those participating in coaching are also eligible for graduate credit hours from Ashland University.
